Shipping and Return Policy
We Currently Offer 3 Shipping Options:
USPS Media Mail: You should receive your order within 10 Business Days.
USPS Priority Mail: You should receive your order within 4 Business Days.
Canadian Orders: You should receive your order within 10 Business Days.
Items That Are Out Of Stock:
We try our very best to keep all items in stock. You will be contacted via email if you ordered an out of stock item. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, or remove it from your order, or have it shipped when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges). Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out of stock item will be in stock again.
Tracking Your Package:
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package. http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm If you have not received a tracking number within 3 days or e-mail from us stating that your item is out of stock then please contact us.
Return Policy:
Recovery-Outlet reserves the right to refuse return shipments if not authorized. All Returns must be in original condition. A 15% restocking charge will be made for returned merchandise. We do not accept returns after 14 days. No returns on Tapes or Cd's .
